Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality and careful presentation of all our artwork which has been artist approved with print quality checks.
Packaging is designed to protect the artwork in transit and shipped as fragile cargo.
However, in the unlikely event that a client may not be entirely satisfied with their purchase we ask that they notify us within 10 days of receiving their order.
This is dependent on the following conditions:
- We are notified by email within ten days.
- Items must be returned to us undamaged.
- The transportation costs of the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
- After the item is received and checked refunds will be processed.
Once we have received and checked the returned item/s and confirmed all is in good order, we will process the refund within 14 days.
